Julieta Cordero (formerly Julieta Dalmau) is a real estate advisor at SERHANT.,
with prior tenure at Sotheby's, Douglas Elliman, and
Side. Born and raised in South Florida, she attended Tulane University on
a tennis scholarship before returning home to build her career. She works the Florida
market in English, Spanish, and conversational French — and brings the operating
discipline of a competitive athlete to every transaction.

What she kept noticing: agents spend more time finding leads than working them. Pulling lists, scrubbing duplicates, hunting down owner phone numbers, copy-pasting into spreadsheets — the prep work consumed the parts of the day that should have been spent on the phone. The tools she tried either didn't deliver clean owner data, charged for misses, or required learning a whole new platform on top of the CRM she already used.

LeadCove is open nationwide as of May 1, 2026. Real estate agents from coast to coast can sign up, drop in their first list, and have owner contact data on every match within minutes. The product is built and run by working agents, not a software company guessing at what agents need.
