Common owner-name display rules

Last updated 2026-05-06

LeadCove standardizes owner names to First [Middle Initial.] Last at display time. County records typically arrive in ALL-CAPS LAST-FIRST format ("ESTRADA JAVIER"); we render them as "Javier Estrada" — readable, copy-paste-friendly for LinkedIn searches.

Spanish-formal three-word names ("MURCIANO EDUARDO GINES") are reordered to "Eduardo Murciano Gines." Suffixes (JR / SR / II / III) are preserved at the end.

We never fabricate missing parts of a name. If the source data only says "Juliana H," that's what we display — not a guessed surname.
