When something is broken across the platform, we post status updates here in chat or via email to the affected accounts. Routine maintenance (database upgrades, etc.) is announced 24 hours in advance.

If "Enrich" returns an error briefly, that's usually a vendor blip — wait a minute and retry; you won't be charged for failed enrichments. If it persists, ping support.
