TCPA + DNC compliance

LeadCove is a contact-enrichment platform. The agent is responsible for DNC scrubs and consent before outreach. To make compliance easy:

• Every enriched record carries a DNC flag if the phone is on the federal Do Not Call registry.
• TCPA-litigator phones are flagged based on known litigator-list data.
• Mobile vs. landline classification is included — landlines aren't text-eligible.
• Provenance metadata travels with each record so your compliance team has what it needs.

State-level layers matter: states like Florida (FTSA, revised 2021), California (CIPA), and Oklahoma impose their own state DNC + signed-consent requirements that are stricter than the federal TCPA. If you're prospecting in any of them, the DNC + litigator flags are table stakes. Don't dial without checking.

TCPA fines run $500–$1,500 per violation. The cheapest insurance you can buy is enriching a list before working it.
