What columns can the CSV have?

LeadCove auto-detects almost any common column naming. Examples it recognizes:

• Property address: "Property Address", "Address", "Street Address" + variations
• Owner name: "Owner Name 1", "Owner Name", "Property Owner" + variations
• Phone: "Phone", "Phone Number", "Owner Phone", "Cell" + variations
• Email: "Email", "Owner Email", "Email Address" + variations
• Joint owner: "Owner Name 2", "Spouse", "Co-Owner", "Joint Owner"
• Owner mailing: "Owner Address", "Mailing Address" + variations

Property attributes also captured when present (no charge):

• Bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage
• Year built, last sale price + date, previous sale
• Estimated value, assessed value, taxable value
• Annual property tax, delinquent-tax flag
• Owner-occupied flag, pool, waterfront
• Mortgage balance + origination date
