What is "joint-owner unmasking"?

When a property is owned by two people (spouses, business partners, etc.), LeadCove captures BOTH owners and surfaces contact data for each one independently. The lead modal shows two owner cards: Owner 1 with their phones / emails, Owner 2 with theirs.

This works whether the source CSV had separate Owner Name 1 + Owner Name 2 columns OR a single combined "JOHN & MARY SMITH" string. The pipeline detects both formats.

For LLC / Trust / Corp ownership, we unmask the named human(s) behind the entity using a separate enrichment pipeline.
