Bulk enrichment + credit budget

When uploading a list, the preview shows:

• How many rows have phone/email already (free to import — no credits used)
• How many rows are missing contact data (would consume credits if you enrich them)

You can choose Import only (free) or Import + enrich missing (1 credit per row that would benefit from enrichment, charged only on hits).

If your credit budget is below what bulk-enrich would cost, the Import button is still available — Import never blocks on credits.
