How credits work

1 credit = 1 prospect enriched. Each credit delivers the owner data — name, phone, and/or email where matchable.

• Adding a lead to your dashboard does NOT consume a credit. Only successful enrichment does.
• Same owner across multiple properties = 1 credit total. If the same person owns 5 properties on your list, you pay once and the data populates on all 5.
• No data found = no credit charged. If we can't surface contact info for an owner, you don't pay.
• Credits are deducted from your monthly plan first; pack credits drawn from after that.
