What's the no-data, no-charge rule?

Iron rule: if our vendor lookup returns no usable contact data, you are not charged a credit.

The "Enrich" button only bills when the lookup succeeds AND returns a phone or email. No-match rows are stamped and shown as "❌ No data available" without ever taking a credit from your balance.
