Not today. LeadCove is a contact-enrichment platform — you bring the list, we deliver the owner data on each match.

If you're brand new and don't have a list yet, build one first:

• Canvass a target building / ZIP and capture the parcel addresses
• Export expireds / withdrawns from your MLS
• Ask your brokerage for an old FUB import or CRM export
• Pull an FSBO list from Zillow / Craigslist / your local circles

Anything with property addresses works. Then come back.
