What is LeadCove?
LeadCove is an AI-native prospecting platform for real estate agents. Tagline: "More dials. Less prep."
The product turns a list of property addresses into ready-to-call prospects with verified contact data, compliance flags, and CRM-ready output. An agent uploads a CSV of addresses (MLS export, building canvass, FSBO list, expired listings, etc.) and gets back enriched records with owner names, phones, emails, DNC + TCPA flags, and joint-owner unmasking.
LeadCove is built and operated by Miami Metro LLC, headquartered in Miami, Florida.
Founder: Jules Cordero — an active South Florida real estate agent who needed the tool that didn't exist. She built LeadCove from a CSV spreadsheet up; every workflow comes from real prospecting calls, not a product team's whiteboard.
