REIPro alternative if you mostly need skip tracing, not a full investor OS

7 min read · By Jules Cordero, Founder

REIPro is built like an investor operating system. One login covers lead lists, comps, a buyer and contact CRM, direct mail, education, and skip tracing — the kind of stack a wholesaler or rehabber wants when every deal starts inside the same platform. If that's how you work, it's a serious tool.

But a lot of listing agents who search for a REIPro alternative aren't looking for a second investor pipeline. They already have the list: expireds, FSBOs, a farm, or a CSV from another tool. What they need is the owner's phone — with DNC and TCPA flags — and a place to dial from. A full investor OS is a lot of surface area when the job is "enrich this address list and call."

This post covers what REIPro offers today (from its own pages), what it costs, who it fits, and the address-first path for agents who mainly need skip tracing. Full disclosure: I built LeadCove, so I'm biased. Everything I say about REIPro links to their published pages so you can check it yourself.

What REIPro is

REIPro describes itself on its homepage as an all-in-one real estate investing solution for leads and deals. It markets to wholesalers, rehabbers, buy-and-hold investors, lease-option and seller-financing buyers, pre-foreclosure buyers, and note buyers — and also to investors and agents. The product mixes lead generation, marketing and direct mail, a ten-step workflow, an education library, and a mobile app.

Their leads page cites 156+ million leads (absentee, high equity, pre-foreclosure, and more), with all lead sources on every plan and exports up to 20,000 per month depending on plan. The workflow page covers the ten-step system and notes that individual and bulk skip tracing sit on all plans, alongside comps, a deal analyzer, contracts, and phone scripts.

Skip tracing is detailed in their support overview. A Bulk Marketing Campaign skip costs 1 credit and returns the most recent 3 cells, 3 landlines, and all emails. Individual Basic is also 1 credit with the same returns; Premium is 2 credits and adds all phones and emails, approximate age and deceased status, address history, and nearest relatives plus contacts. Standard includes 50 free skip credits per month; Team includes 200. Credits refresh on the first of the month, and bundles are available. The workflow page says skip tracing starts as low as $0.13.

What REIPro costs

As of October 12, 2026, REIPro's pricing page lists a 14-day free trial (all features unlocked, cancel anytime) and two monthly plans after that:

From myreipro.com/pricing, checked October 12, 2026. In-app add-ons listed there: Skip Trace as low as $0.13, Postcards as low as $0.63, List Cleaning $0.02/lead, Additional Exports $0.10, Lease Option Contract $49.99. Their terms say the first fourteen days are free; cancel before the end or you pay the selected plan. Prices change — check the live page.

To be fair, $109 with fifty skip credits, nationwide leads, comps, mail, and education is a lot of product. If you live inside that ten-step workflow every day, the breadth is the point.

When REIPro is the right call

If any of these sound like you, REIPro is probably the better fit:

When you already have the list

Most listing agents don't start their day inside an investor OS. The list is already on the desk: expireds, FSBOs, a farm, or a CSV. The bottleneck isn't "find more leads." It's "get a reachable phone on every owner and dial without another export." That's a different job than REIPro's ten-step workflow. You don't need twelve nationwide lead sources or a postcard press if you're calling first — you need owner phones with compliance flags and a CRM light enough that the call happens on the same row.

Here's what matters most when your list already exists:

Run the same test on any tool

Don't take my word for it, or REIPro's. Measure both tools on your own list:

1. Use owners you already know

Pull 25 to 50 addresses where you know the owner and a good phone. Count how many come back with the right owner and a reachable number.

2. Time it from list to first dial

Start a timer when you open the file and stop it at your first call. Every reformat, export, and tool hop shows up here. Our skip tracing tools comparison runs the same lens across other tools, and LeadCove vs PropStream covers another full-stack investor platform.

3. Check how the flags show up

See whether each phone carries a DNC and litigator flag without an extra step. The flag informs your decision; it doesn't make it for you.

4. Decide what you're actually paying for

If you use the leads, comps, mail, and education every week, a full investor OS can be the cheaper stack. If you only open the skip-trace screen, you're subsidizing features you don't touch.

The LeadCove path: address in, owner phones out

LeadCove is built for agents whose lists start with properties. It's the same three steps every time, explained in more detail in Bring a list → enrich → dial.

  1. Bring the addresses. Expireds, FSBOs, absentee owners, a farm, or a CSV. Messy columns are fine — you don't need owner names.
  2. Enrich every owner. Verified owner name, phones with DNC and TCPA-litigator flags inline, emails, and LLC or trust officer unmask when an entity holds the deed. No data, no charge; the same owner across several properties is one credit.
  3. Dial from the built-in CRM. Call, SMS, email, notes, and follow-ups on the same row as the phone — no export between lookup and dial.

To be clear about what we aren't: LeadCove is not a full investor OS. We don't sell nationwide lead lists, MLS comps, postcard presses, or a ten-step deal tracker. If you wholesale or rehab and want that whole system in one login, REIPro is built for that. If your mornings look like "open the list I already have and dial," we built for that instead.

Test it on an address you know. Run any U.S. property address through the free property-owner lookup. No account needed. You'll see the owner name, phones with DNC flags, and emails, then judge the data yourself.

Try it on this week's list

  1. Pick 25 to 50 addresses. Mix owners you know with fresh expireds or FSBOs. 15 minutes
  2. Spot-check a few on the free lookup. No signup, no card. 5 minutes
  3. Start the 7-day trial and upload the file. The trial is on the Starter plan and includes trial credits. See the 7-day trial walkthrough. If you have REIPro results for the same owners, compare side by side. minutes
  4. Make the calls. Score both on right owner, reachable phone, flags, and time from file to first dial. one dialing block

Keep whichever tool wins on your own list. If your days live inside a full investor pipeline — leads, comps, mail, ten-step tracker — that's probably REIPro, and that's fine. If the list is already on the desk and the job is owner phones plus dials, starting from the address usually fits better. You can also use LeadCove as your CRM when you only need import, enrich, and follow-up on the same rows.
